EDUCATE you as to the basics of healthy eating and what a healthy, well balanced diet can do for you. From there we can look deeper into nutrition and find what your diet could be lacking in order to optimise your health,
MOTIVATE you. We all need a little encouragement that change is for the better. The Nutrient Nanny can help to show you that making small, realistic and sustainable changes to your diet will provide enormous results in the long term.
CREATE a plan that works for your needs. Whether you want to lose some weight for an upcoming occasion, have more energy or just overall improve your health and well-being, the Nutrient Nanny will work with you to make a realistic plan that will work for your personal circumstances. One size doesn't fit all!
Sessions can be one to one, in groups or in the workplace; whatever will work best for you to meet your needs, the Nanny will deliver to this. After an initial consultation, you and the Nutrient Nanny will discuss what will work for you; meal planning, practical cooking sessions, weekly weigh ins or assistance in food shopping. Sessions can be carried out in the individuals home or at a venue convenient and comfortable for you.
No matter where or to how many, the service will always be the same, with the individual at the centre of all the decisions. The Nutrient Nanny will simply guide you on the right path to maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle that will show results in the short term but more importantly in the long term.
