Chocolate & Hazelnut Raw Protein Cookies
Serves: 8 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: N/A
Ingredients:... Cookies: 2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate 60 g rolled oats 1 ripe banana, mashed 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
Toppings (optional): 20g dark chocolate, melted 1 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
Method: Place all cookie ingredients in to a food processor & blend until combined. Divide the mixture into 8 balls and flatten to create a cookie shape. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and scatter the chopped hazelnuts over the cookies to serve.
Per serving: Energy - 97.70 kcal Fat - 3.87 g Carbohydrate - 13.51 g Sugars - 5.70 g Fibre - 2.08 g Protein - 3.07 g
