Rude and expensive, though they did an effort to clean our laundry on the same day.

Rude, rude, rude!!!!!!!! How on earth does this place stay in business?!!! We walked out in utter disgust! Would give no stars if possible! Avoid like the plague!!

Visiting Oban, had two bags of laundry. First impression was of two harassed and acerbic staff with no patience left to be civil. They divided our bags into 4 baskets- £12-£14 a basket. £52 for two bags of laundry. Decided against using the service. The supply and demand must be astronomical to get away with that. The last straw being that when I went back to say we'd changed our mind, the four baskets had been condensed into three. Had they offered to do it as 3 lots at £12 we'd have put up with the grumpy attitude.

The worst experience with any place of business we have ever had, from a snippy attitude to missing clothes. If you need laundry washed, use the self service machines at the gas station just north of the city proper, we wish we had seen them sooner! They only get a star so I can post this review.
