Ocean Serviced Apartments

Good view over the harbour and back towards city (not all rooms have that view). Good secure parking with easy lift access, and apartments well equipped with full sized ASDA supermarket less than 1 mile. Good wifi. Only negative was the squeaky floorboards which are overdue for a refresh along with the couch, but they are minor issues.

Love the view and convenience! Will come back again. Only problem was that the boiler to our apartment was broken and we had to bath with cold water the first day. They fixed it right away when we informed them about it.

We stayed here for two nights. The appartments were spotless we had a two floor affair great views out on to the water. The car was safely parked underneath safe and secure. There is a bus stop right outside the appartments to take you into the city. Would recommend a day travel card for the family. Great loacation cheaper than having to have two hotel rooms with more room than a hotel suite. Asda right across the road for any supplies you need for your flat

Very good, family of 3 ( 2 adults 1 baby) stayed and it was lovely. Rooms are modern and with free underground car parking it was handy.
Good if you want a break away with children as you can come and go as you please.

DO NOT STAY HERE they are the most disgusting company to deal with
if you dont book properly they charge you ,no refunds,no compassion if
you cannot use accomodation even if your child dies.

Do yourself a favour stay somewhere else they have my money Thousands dont give them yours. Fifteen emails begging still got us nowhere. NOTHING I call it Greed they had over 2 months notification
and I would bet they let out the room full knowing we were not coming
to ENGLAND at all.

My wife and I checked in and reception was great. Receive a beautiful apartment with awesome view and comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms on 2 floors. Comfortable leather Sofie's and nice big screen TV.

Great apartments with great views of the harbour. Clean bathroom and large bedrooms. Easy to get to the city centre.

Me and my wife stayed there for our brithday with the kids loved the views. They even upgraded us , every one was so nice can't fault the customer service, the apartment was very clean can't fault anything and u can take DVDs from reception for free and buses are there all the time to get to city centre. Will stay again every time I go

Great location outside the City centre so nice and quiet however there are excellent transport links and it's close to other points of interest like The Royal Yacht Britannia. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the accommodation is to a high standard.
