BONGO'S BINGO VENUE CHANGE
Please note that the venue has changed for tomorrow's event. It's now taking place at the Jam House, Queen Street.

User

We are from Dundee and I would say I have visited a good dozen or so times over the years it has been there.. it's always been a pleasant experience... especially this Christmas... we just loved what the centre had done with it... the prehistoric animals were brilliant and educational ... ... always a pleasure!

User

Visited Ocean Terminal yesterday for the record fayre that was on there. Really enjoyed our visit and thought the carousel was amazing, even though it was pricey. I checked with staff in HMV that the multistorey is definitely free, and was delighted to learn it is. The one in Dunfermline is very expensive. The selection of shops is pretty good compared to the Kingsgate in Dunfermline too, which is dire. We'll definitely be back.

User

Very nice place beautiful ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

My granddaughter Eva had a great day at the Egyptian experience and the Arts & Crafts activities. Thank you so much for keeping her amused for hours today. A special thanks for the exhibitors - you were all so friendly and keen for every child to get the best out of what was on offer. Everyone of you were stars. Lastly, thanks to the lovely lady on Customer Services who took the trouble to make chatter with wee Eva. It was greatly appreciated. We both returned home jiggered!

User

Lovely shopping centre with great variety of shops and restaurants. Kids play area next to shoarma place is perfect for peace of mind and to top it off there is a huge old carousel

User

I was in Ocean Terminal shopping centre yesterday with my friend called Gordon we went into the cinema to see Star Wars solo story and it was brilliant, we went into the frankie Bennies in it too and the food was brilliant then we had a look in the shops they have got a great choice of shops and food places I will be back in it again. M favourite shop in it was HMv.

User

I love this place as I come here all the time as everything is under one roof, is amazing as you can spend all day here, well recommended if you want entertainment, a meal, shopping or more

User

Had a great day here yesterday my son loved the Egypt event ÔøΩ

User

Great place

User

Love the design of the building and in incorporation of Royal Britannia. The galleries area is great, lots of space to show items of well. There seemed to be a good selection of shops and eating places and the free indoor parking is a bonus.

User

Usually love ocean terminal but the smell in the toilets the day was disgusting. You really need to get them fixed & cleaned

User

I remember Ocean Terminal being so much better when I was younger. There were many more shops, and a good selection of them too. Now everywhere is closing down, and no other retailer is replacing them. The centre looks dark, and like a ghost town. It’s not a place where people want to spend any time in.

There needs to be more retailers coming in to fill those empty units, and make people want to shop in OT again. Considering the Fort has been expanding, I would have thought the centre might have jumped on the band wagon, and pushed some new retailers to settle in. A Next, Primark, McDonald’s, Post Office, Zara, Topshop and just a grocery store would benefit greatly. We need another bank as well.

Joy has been closed for over a year now, and yet their stock is still inside the unit. It doesn’t paint a good light of the centre, and looks messy in general.

There is no need for another more food places- there is enough in the centre already. Most people go the cinema, and have lunch or dinner and then go home. There aren’t enough shops to get people to spend any length of time here.

As much as the skate park is a good idea for the kids, it doesn’t serve the rest of the centre well.

The outside car park is opened very late each morning, sometimes not until closer to lunch times on occasion. This doesn’t help when people are here early, or don’t want to use the multi storey car parks. Or have vans.

Toilets need more regular maintenance as they generally smell bad. Also- escalators and lifts break down regularly.

Few good points:

- Doggy Day Care centre outside is great if it’s a hot day, and you want to shop. Your dog will be taken great care of!

- Vue cinema

- 24 hour gym

- Free parking

Came to pay a bill, took twenty minutes to find a parking place. We also had my 2 and a half grandson with me. In my opinion there is not nearly enough parent spaces in ot.While looking we went round by the disabled bay ,to find majority was lying empty. I fully understand, that disabled people have to have parking spaces.I feel ther should be more for parents. Hopefully someone will read this with interest. Thankyou Mrs M Daniels.

If it wasn't for the boardwalk roller rink I'd rather repeatedly slam my gonads in a piping hot George Foreman grill than visit this place , 2 massive multi story carparks yet the lazy patrons of this centre would rather park on the double yellow lines in the tiny car park out front. As a van driver that cannot use the multi story I often am left to circle waiting for some Tory voting coffin dodger to vacate a space , the double yellow parkers do so without fear of punishment so today gave me great joy as a woman backed straight into the car parked directly behind her and drove off . Sort out the parking and it may go some way to making this place a less stressful visit , until then here's hoping folk keep smashing the doors of the pig ignorant and lazy

User

Went in to get food on the 15th of March on a couple days away with my girlfriend and we had both out bikes (£5500 worth) stolen from the roof of my car and my car was damaged.. Was told that the one security camera for the car park didn’t catch anything so that was useless.

On the plus note we had a nice meal in the centre but was told that burglary was very popular round that area so will not be returning in the future with anything.

I understand that this isn’t a normal shopping experience but a poor security setup and strong crime in the area is enough to put me off and I hope people will take note of this before going. I would hate for someone else to go through it.

User

They get one star from me because there's no where for a father to change his kids. The changing station was in the ladies. Even if there's a male accessible changing station elsewhere in the mall, why wouldn't there be one everywhere it's marked? Had to change my son on the bench outside the restrooms because the restrooms themselves were incredibly filthy.

User

See my post in other people's posts section. If I don't get a response I shall be making a formal complaint. Making it impossible for me to park in the only disabled parking that is available is discrimination. The half term fun? Rubbish- not one ride open and neither was the helter skelter.

User

It is December and they have closed of some of the floors of the multi storey car park. We both work full time and have a young family. I had for the first time in a year a chance to go to the cinema. No parking so no cinema. Thanks Ocean Terminal for not having any common sense in closing parking in the run up to Christmas.

User

I live about 10 min's from OT,and visit quite a lot if only for a coffee, the shop's are only geared for tourist's, the amount of people that have said to me since OT opened why is there not affordable shop's for the people that go there, like mc'donalds cheap enough for taking the kid's too, I couldn't believe when H&M opened the size of it is ridiculous, maybe for princess's street but not OT,as I say I've asked all these questions many years ago and nothing's changed.
