Excellent read. Chronic Anxiety affects a huge proportion of the population. Indeed I’d say over 30% of the people who come to see me it is an emotional issue manifesting as a physical one. Anything that helps lower our anxiety levels is well worth trying.

Interesting article on training and recovery

Thank you on behalf of myself and the other therapists at the Ochilview Clinic to those who contributed to the Braes Children and Family Centre by coming in for a discounted treatment. We managed to raise a little over £100 to give to them which I will be doing later this week. We have decided to run this offer a couple of times a year and donate to a different local charity each time. Thank you all again for your generosity.

been treated by Dr Lim, Stephen Thornton and Justine over the years when I have injuries, post cancer treatment or more recently fibromyalgia. Can't rate the professionalism highly enough and gentle effective treatment.

Wow, cannot thank Stephen Thornton enough for his care and thorough rebuilding, unknot-tying of my lower back over the last week. Having delivered weans, spent 40 years in the NHS, and juggled my fair share of patients - & associated self-inflicted back injuries! - I thought pain was something I could 'do' .. .. but not when 13/10 pain struck, intensely and thoroughly incapacitating me completely.

So, am really indebted to Stephen for the gentle, thorough, firm - and variants inbetween - work he completed on my back to reduce pain+++, get me mobile once more, and all in a safe, caring and professional environment. Thank you sooo much, Strongly recommend this practitioner/ therapist. A star.

Stephen saw me at short notice last week when I unexpectedly did something to my lower back. His service is professional, yet friendly so I felt at ease straight away. I saw him again for a repeat treatment so that he could investigate my issue further and I had acupuncture for the first time ever! My back is way better than last week and I feel way better. I would recommend his healing services to anyone. Thankyou Stephen.

I attended the clinic with my son (13), as we has had 2 doctors appointments but was still feeling dizzy and sick this has been going on for weeks, he also had a muscle ache in his leg, 1 yes 1 session and he is back to normal, honestly he feels great, dizziness is totally gone and he can run and do all his sports again. Absolutely fantastic, thank you so much.

Had an ongoing back problem which I had suffered with for ages. Went to Stephen after a particularly bad flare up. 2 sessions later and it's a million time better. A great therapist and a lovely guy as well. I would definitely recommend Stephen, 5 * therapist.
