We had a lovely club sandwich, wine for me and lager for my husband. October never disappoints. The waitress was attentive and polite. The drinks came quickly followed by our club sandwich. The chicken in the sandwich was ever so tender. One of our favourite haunts.

Was in yesterday with friends got a great deal with 5pm 2 courses and a bottle of wine for £30 our waiter was so attentive food was lovely as where the cocktails will definitely be back again

Was in for a lunch with friends on a saturday, cant fault the place was very busy but was so accommodating. Food was lovely and drinks were even better. Will be back when new manu launch soon. Thanks you

Had my 30th birthday drinks at October and from the minute i contacted them to turning up on the night the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to others and cant thank them enough for making my night special!

Had a lovely meal & drinks here on Wednesday for my partners daughters 21st birthday, food was beautiful �staff Wer very nice , definitely will be back �

Food was fantastic and staff very friendly. Gave my Daughter a free cake as it was her Birthday. Girls enjoyed there cocktails would recomend.

Food was delicious and a great menu to chose from....we chose the £40 package for my hen do and it was the best night ever. The cocktails are amazing!! Definitely be back and recommending!

Went to October last night for a mums night out! Food was great - cheese cake is to die for! Our waitress was lovely and friendly! The barman who served me three times was not so nice! Unfriendly, and really more interested in speaking to his pals! Also you ran out of apples sourz! i love all the current music - but the music last night was just poor! The venue itself is lovely, based on this and the delicious food I would say it was a good night!

Staff were lovely, we had 5 pm deal, 2 courses with wine £29:95, menu very limited, additional supplements, small portions, wine and environment lovely, apart from toilets, could be upgraded, cleaned and replenished more often.

Great deal from 5pm for 2 courses and a bottle of Prosecco £30 for two - menu was limited so it was slightly annoying to have to pay £3 + £5 supplements on main course but the food was lovely. Friendly staff and lovely location on the top floor inside Princes Sq. Try to get a table outside or you won’t be able to hear yourself think as the music is way too loud inside. Toilets could do with an update but for a quick pre-theatre and drinks it was ideal. Would purchase again and again at that price 🌟🌟🌟

Arrived early and received very well. Table was ready. Had lovely meal and drinks but were thrown off the table. The booking made no mention of wanting the table back. No one arrived to take our place. We left and went to Urban instead. Very upset. We're having a great time and we weren't going home. I can only see that as greed on the part of the place. Never mind. Lots of other places in Glasgow.

Would help if the staff could answer the phone. Had to ask staff if someone would take an order for drinks. The food however was very good even if the portions were small & we were well attended to after the initial hiccups

Went to October on Saturday night, for my best friends birthday night, two booths of ten booked for us all with bottles of vodka pre paid for, bar staff were lovely however the night was cut short when last orders were shouted at half one? The website says it shuts at 3, knowing this we had booked taxis for this time? We complained to the manager as we felt we’d been shunned out with the music cut off and the lights on before two, he was clueless and simply said “it happens”. And rudely dismissed our concerns, leaving us stranded in Glasgow for over an hour after paying a fortune for what was meant to be a ‘luxury’ evening, they also ran out of vodka, meaning half the menu was off, it was a joke ?definitely won’t be back.

Service was awful!! so much so that after 15 minutes of bar staff doing that 'make no eye-contact trick' my friends and I left with no drinks.... plenty more bars in Glasgow with great customer service we discovered

Now I know why it only has 3 stars. Table booked for half 8 for dinner. £120 quid for a bottle of vodka on the table. To be told the kitchen shut at 8:45. Why the hell did you take a booking for dinner at half 8. Poor poor show. Table of 13 might I add

Cocktail bar that requested we didn’t order cocktails! (After waiting patiently for others - who might I add...had cocktails) Rude bar staff who made me feel unwelcome so we left shortly after.

Customer service training is a must! Things could have been handled or said in a better manner. Unfortunately I would not recommend after my experience here at the weekend.

Came into October with my mum and dad for a few drinks. Plenty of tables available, however all had reserved tickets on them. One table’s ticket said “7:45pm” but by this time it was 8:15pm. The manager kindly removed them and told us to feel free to take the table. We were sat next to 3 other women, filling the table. 9:30pm comes and the lovely server Lauren asked us to leave the table, as it was reserved. Explaining the situation, we were still asked to move. I approached a very ignorant manager with a beard to have our last round of drinks cleared from our bill as we only had them sat in front of us minutes before, but he argued with me that we had to pay them. Disgusted, we agreed to leave the bar after Lauren had our entire bill cleared. Still no apology/alternative, cheeky managers/supervisors. In the end, the manager actually took my dads drink out of his hand whilst he was drinking it. Ourselves and the ladies beside us were left embarrassed and confused. I am in October all the time and I have never experienced this kind of service - disgraceful. Also putting their staff under pressure to let down customers who she had entertained all night. Lauren was fabulous - Mark Armstrong, the boss, was not. Refused to give his name, his staff had to tell us. By clearing our bill, they were admitting they had messed up. But still no apology. Shocking service! (Lauren - get a new job, your too good for there hun �)
