User

Gr8 recliner seats. Very spacious and comfortable.

Good films but bit expensive so we don't go often. Plus its a bit of a pain when we have 3 in the family over 15 and one 14 and we cannot go in to see a 15 movie together .

User

rude staff that works in Odeon is Courtney who couldnt deal with customers in the right way but huffed and made rude faces to me as their card machine wasnt working but she never wanted to calm me down as it was their fault. I emailed their head office and they said that Courtney was stressed and thats the reason she had to behave like that with us. never would I ever go there again

User

Good quality screens and sound. Free upgrade by friendly staff to premium seats. Will definitely return.

User

Odeon is the perfect place to go and spend a night and watch a movie with friends or even just on your own; and with the addition of a Costa coffee shop you could stay there all night.

Nice cinema. More than an adequate amount of parking. Friendly staff. Never overly busy during the day.

User

Visit occasionally for movies. Great place, friendly staff, good value for money. All screens are amazing. Sound quality is super. Seats are comfortable and clean.

User

Manky. Needs a good hose down and a step back from their ludicrous prices. Everything is geared up to make you invest in premium seats and the like. What happened to just going to the cinema to watch a movie and eat pop corn in reasonable comfort. Totally hate the two tier system that is being bred in this industry. Better to support your local cinemas than these faceless chains. Only issue is the local guys have all been run into the ground by these businesses. Won't be long til they all merge into one Omni cinema chain I bet. Did I mention its manky??

User

Always clean and staff are always very nice. Never been to busy when I have been

User

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities.

User

Good cinema, free parking. New premier seats have very high headrests which can be a problem to those vertically challenged and would not be great for kids seeing over the row in front of them.

User

Cinema tickets are not too expensive, and the seats are elevated enough to let small people like me (155cm) sit behind tall persons and still see the screen, which is rare.
