Purchased an office chair on Monday after mine collapsed on me and left me chairless...

Promised to be delivered Wednesday. Item did not arrive, emailed in to ask why order was at 'DO NOT SEND' status. No Response. Called up and asked why this was the case. Had been informed that it was because my card was registered at a different address. I knew this was not true because I spent hours changing my bank addresses 8 months ago. Then I asked why I had not been informed, I was told that they have tried to email me a few times, however when asked what email address it did not match the email address I had registered with and that my account states and is not my email address. No one bothered to give me a phone call... why ask for my contact details if you don't want to use them? I was then told the Item is out of stock and will not arrive for two weeks. This really is'nt acceptable.... Why let me order the item.

Not a great experience from such a promising website.

The Turin high back chair I ordered arrived the morning after I placed the order on line. Relatively easy to put together and is very comfortable. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is it was delivered before 9am, as requested, and there was no-one available to take delivery so, the courier left the parcel outside my front door.

I had been browsing this site for the perfect computer chair for my needs for 12 months and finally settled on an Ergo Tek Mesh Operator Chair designed for 8 hr use and a big behind like mine. The price is very good for type but more than I originally wished to have paid but I decided to go for the ideal chair than compromise for price alone. It was delivered next day as promised; was easily assembled as promised and so far has been a blessing to my fat arse whilst sitting at the computer. A very good product at time of writing and the service was exemplary.

Horrific experience! Do not use this company unless you enjoy being lied to and very long delays for supposed 'next day delivery'. I ordered for 'next day delivery' on Thursday 08 June and after numerous phone calls and being lied to many times about delivery and them not knowing where the order was, I arrived home to my delivery in my outbuilding last night, Tuesday 13 June, no signature. I was supposed to receive a callback on Monday early afternoon. I am still waiting on it to let me know what was happening. I would never recommend this service and wished I hadn't used this company. They were extremely unhelpful on the phone both customer services agent Greg and his manager.

Received the chair as ordered, great piece of kit and looks the business. Very pleased with it and it really looks good in my home office, it very comfortable too and I think I made a good choice on the item and the supplier, will use them again definitely.

Nice desk, very tricky to put together. The instructions were not too bad, but could've been a bit clearer. It took four of us to finish it!

I used the online chat feature to clarify the products I was browsing. This was really helpful. Order arrived intact and product is as expected. 4 stars because courier arrived earlier than 8.30am which was a bit inconvenient and the product itself has minor scratches however not a problem for me. Good customer service and product is of quality I would expect for the price.
