Instead of Oliver's Halloween night this one is been ran by Tony Crawford Please read below for information.
On Saturday 3rd November im running a Halloween party in Oliver’s for something a wee bit different. A few year back my big mate, who I’ll not name had nowhere to go on Christmas Day, sadly his wife passed away a few year before and he had no family. I asked my mum if this guy could come and have dinner with us that year? It was a great to have him sit with us and fee...l the spirit of Christmas. Because of that experience, I always think of people in that situation at Christmas time. Having no one on to me, the most special day of the year. So I kept meaning to do something for these people.
So my plan is to have this fundraiser to raise money to get as many people in this position together for a proper Christmas dinner and to get the chance to befriend people going through the same as them at that time of year. Get them a wee present and a disco.
I know it’s only July but I need to start getting stuff together for this night. So if anyone could help donate decent prizes for the fundraiser, comment on this status or drop me a mail. It will be greatly appreciated.
I will be printing tickets off in the coming weeks for the Halloween party. So I’ll post the details in due course.

only been in once or twice and made to feel very welcome ,, my second time in a felt like a regular by bar staff absolutely cracking wee pub with a friendly atmosphere i will definitely be back when iam back in the area

cracking pub for music venues & even better for the oldfirms

We held my mother Betty.s funeral purvy in the function suite and the spread of food was fantastic and the staff were excellent they all made a sad day go wonderful for all the family thanks again to john and all his brilliant staff

We go to Olivers cafe regularly, foods always good and value for money and the staff are excellent always a welcoming smile and conversation

Was doing a surprise 50th and enjoyed it was a really great night and the people are really nice x

Part of the doms team on wed nights great wee pub and the staff r great always having a laugh .

Oliver's is a great place for all kinds of functions theme nights it also has a good country and western night on Thursday's or if you just want a quiet drink Oliver's is the place to go

It was a great atmosphere and the staff and the singer made the night special. I'd be happy to go to any other nights.

It a good club an the worker r so fun an amazing people 2 kno an ur alwas welcome in the club

Had my son's 21st here what an amazing nite fab dj excellent Buffett and very friendly staff �

Had a great time at elvis tribute guy was great

Great wee Bistro with excellent lunches. Staff really helpful, food great & of great value. A great community resource.

Good pub great food and friendly staff always have a good time

Go on regular basis for breakfast always made welcome food always been great can't complain friendly staff

Fabulous reunion party last night great bunch of people 70 and 80 music 🎧 nice guy behind bar Steven fab dj all good ❤️
