Very nice and calming place. The whole atmosphere is very tranquil. Despite being so central you feel like you are away from all the chaos the minute you walk in. I go to Yoga classes run by Gabi and I get my sport massages done by David who is an extraordinary professional. I'm so happy it's just 1 minute walk from my house.

I was feeling stiff before a half marathon so booked a day in advance for a half hour deep tissue massage. I instantly relaxed as I went into the massage room and Piotr was lovely. It really helped me relax and loosen up those aches and pains!

Giovanna gives the most thorough massage I've had in years and really gets into those knots and tensions. Lovely wee place, well worth a visit for reconnecting with your inner self.
