Not only has baking and cake decorating always been a hobby of mine, I also attended college where I gained certificates in City and Guilds in Sugar Craft and Design as well as an NC in Craft Baking, HNC in Professional Patisserie and an HND in Culinary Arts.

After years of making cakes for family I have now created Once Upon a Cake to create cakes for special occasions in everyone's life.
