I have retired from my 'old jobs', military and law enforcement which totaled around 30 years. I have a wealth of experience in dealing with all situations at both ends of the spectrum.
I have studied Life Coaching, NLP, CBT and Psychology and have an honors degree in Literature.
In my free time I am a published author (Fiction), a photographer and work part time as a supporting actor.
I do think it is important to keep good health both physically and mentally and that is what keeps you positive and happy.
