Been a customer of O'Neil's for all my Plumbing issue for many years, happy to leave a positive review, always found them a very profession company & through my job with Ayr Hospice I know that the company and staff always do their bit to raise funds locally.

Have used O'Neils for a couple of years now for servicing our LPG heating system.
The customer service they provide is disappointing, frequently (multiple times each year) getting things wrong and wasting our time in having to re-book appointments due to, a seeming, lack of inhouse communication their end.

It's a shame because all the engineers have been really decent, but I have cancelled my contract becuase I'm not prepared to waste any more of my time being messed around.
Will give someone else a try.
