Exercises for shoulder instability
🤓Shoulder instability occurs when the head of the upper arm bone is forced out the shoulder socket. This can happen as a result of a sudden trauma or from overuse (Glazebrook, 2018)‼️
💪🏻Shown in the videos below are a range of exercises designed to improve stability of the shoulder complex
... The focus here is on CONTROL we want to control our positioning as we move and keep an active shoulder the whole time. This means I’m pressing into the wall/ball for the duration of the exercise‼️

Exercises for Niggly shoulders
TAG someone that has been complaining about their shoulders‼️
Try think of your shoulders as a buildings foundation 🏢. A building starts from the ground up, a strong foundation is key. For the shoulder the foundation is a mobile and strong shoulder blade and rotator cuff! 💪🏻
... The 4️⃣ videos below show exercises targeting the rotator cuff and shoulder blade muscles, promoting optimal movements so that you can move your shoulder anyway pain free 🙌🏻
Give them a try, tell us what you think and share this with a friend who needs this!

🚨 hamstring injuries account for 12-16% of all injuries in athletes - amateur or pro. They are also one of the most frustrating with a reported re-injury rate as high as 22%-34% (Schmidt et al, 2012).
💪🏻 shown in the clips below are 3 variations of single leg Romanian Dead Lifts (RDLs) which can be used to help lower your risk of hamstring issues. Comment what exercise you like the most!
🤓 Hamstring injuries are a pain for athletes, no thanks to the high occurrence +recurr...ence rates, with injury most likely to strike when the muscle is lengthened. It has been well established that eccentric (muscle being stretched) strength training is EFFECTIVE IN PREVENTING these nasty injuries (Brukner, 2015) 🙏🏻
