Shocked to read anything negative regarding this salon,I ve always found exceptional customer service from both Magda and Ola,Been getting hair and nails done here for years and have never left disappointed.

Ola was so friendly great place and price loved my hair thank you.

Ola does a very good job.I visited salon this morning for haircut and been asked several times by people today who cut my hair.Highly recomend this salon also for nail stylization.

I've been getting nails & facials done by Magda for years and I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have only had my hair done my Ola once but was delighted with the results �

Find it really strange of people giving bad reviews about salon I have been with Ola for good few years now and evertime I go I ask her if she got something new as Ola advice is always so perfect with what would suit me and I'm always happy with her job ..always asking if I'm happy with the end effects if no then she would correct it as she wants to have her costumers leaving salon with happy faces ☺️ Personally I wanted blonde on my dark hair first effect wasn't what I knew it wasn't going to be as I was dark but although Ola spent over 3 hours she still was more than happy to stay there for another 3 to do it again as there was bit of orange colour trough and anytime I'm there always get nice welcome hello and thank you at the end of service ☺️

My nails made by Magda are beautiful, long and shiny for over 3 weeks;) because I did gel nails. I am really impressed!

Also my ombre made by Ola worked sensational (although my hair has a very strong pigment and lightening to the ends of the blonde was a longer process) the second time it came out beautifully.

Worst customer service ever by Ola. Asked for blonde ombre and unfortunately got orange/ginger/red flames. Messaged her and asked to try and fix it or get a refund and I was refused as apparently I accepted the hair by leaving the salon, even though I said a few times I felt it was orange. Will definitely never return.

Ola was recommended by a friend however when I went I was unfortunetly dissapointed and will not return.
