I bought 2 books yesterday at Amersham Hospital for my great nephew ..... £1 each ... all money goes to the Scannappeal .... what a great way to raise much needed funds ... it made me think that I should go home & sort some books out to donate to such a great cause. For me this is the most accurate thing I’ve read since my Dad died. ‘Time doesn’t fix your grief’! 💔 Anyone who is grieving or supporting someone going through it, I strongly recommend reading this. It may just help you understand your own grief or someone else’s grief that little bit more.

2 years after her Mum died .... I was sick. Sick with grief. And you, a kind stranger, without being intrusive or odd or weird, somehow knew what I needed at that moment. To cry, to cry for my mummy.
