📣🏆Black Belt Sparring🏆📣
This year Black Belts aged 14-17 years and 18-35 years will compete in League format, with all bouts being one round of two minutes.
This means competitors in these divisions will be guaranteed more than one bout, for divisions of three or more competitors. All other sparring divisions will be completed in the normal Pyramid system.
