Very grateful for these guys to save my phone!!!! Battery died yesterday evening and wouldn't charge anymore. Went to the Apple store in the morning and their opinion was that my phone was not suffering a battery issue, but something else was off - for them to they run the diagnostics and repair/refresh would cost me 289£. Pretty devastated I contacted Optimus It Solutions and they plugged my phone into the supercharger - Guess what, phone started charging. Just to be on the safe side I asked them to replace the battery anyway. Major fail for apple, Brilliant service from these guys!

Took my phone here to get an issue fixed, in no time at all my phone was not only repaired, but improved. Great service, and highly professional. Will definitely return for any future electronic repairs needed.

Professional and friendly costumer service. Had a great experience with the above company needed a quick fix got just that. Highly recommend to anyone needing any help with their tech equipment. Will definitely go back in the future.

My Macbook Pro stopped booting up. I had very important pictures and data on it. Not only did my laptop get fixed, they were able to recover my data, they were able to save my applications I had installed on it! Fantastic job! Thank you!

I bought an iPhone 6 from Apple Store in Estonia, sadly 5 days later the camera lens broke and technicians at the store told me to buy a new phone as they couldn't repair it. While visiting Edinburgh we found this cool new it solutions business offering iPhone repairs and they changed and fixed my camera lens in 20 min for 15£. Wonderful job! I have my camera back and I feel so grateful. These guys' work is Totally recommended!

I have used Optimus several times already and every time I received professional service. I decided to have them build a gaming PC for my son. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received as well as the price. They put an extra touch on it It by adding extra features that made it stand apart from a PC you buy off the shelf. I’ll never forget the expression on my son’s face when he saw it. I brought my phone with a broken screen . I knew it would be difficult to get the screen as my phone is not so popular . I was expecting it to be fixed within a month , however I got a message after just two weeks that my phone was ready to collect ! Just a day before my holiday ! Now I'm enjoying my holidays and can take photos ! Service is also outstanding . Highly recommended Optimus :)
