We have always been particularly working hard on the preparation and selection of our ingredients. We only use fresh and genuine cooking ingredients. All the cooking processes are strictly under the British health hygiene safety rules.
If any of our customers has food poison symptoms after taking our meals please go to the doctor and get fully checked. When the s...ample gets tested and this is caused by our meal. We will take full responsibility and please report us to the Council health and hygiene. However we are confident to say that our food will pass the inspection as we are strictly following all the rules. Customers' health safety and satisfaction are our priority. So please contact a doctor when you think the meal might cause you sickness and get yourself tested. We don't want any confusion or rumours questioning the safety of our meal. Thank you again.

Dear oriental city customers. It is always our best interest to use the highest quality ingredients and all cooking processes are under strict hygiene routines. i had shredded beef in spicy garlic and sweet and sour sause, chips and plain chow main would recomend it to any one really nice meal 5* all the way

Only tried chicken curry it was fantastic the best i have ever had, i will work my way through the menu of what i like and post the results. Highly recommend shop very clean, im very impressed. Clearly has to be the cleanest in Arbroath and probably for miles :).

Lovely sweet and sour chicken huge portion crispy deep fried beef also really nice .this is my second visit and will be returning again

Just had a lovely meal . Highly recommend the chicken in honey ground black pepper sauce. crispy spring rolls lovely and fresh. everything was really tasty. defo be back

I absolutely love this Chinese defo my fav in town!! Munchie boxes are ace and very reasonable priced too and never shy of a deal! love the chow meins and salt and chilli chicken too

Excellent food and good size portions..only ever picked up so can't comment on delivery service but we highly recommend this place.

Due to the bad reviews and then lack of reviews we were dubious about trying here. However, on Monday we had our tea from there. Piping hot, really quick delivery and the food was top notch. As we are busy decorating thought we'd have our tea from there again tonight. For the second time I cannot fault anything. I thought I'd try the munchie box, the amount of food in that box was huge, and the prawn toast in particular was delicious, and I am fussy about my prawn toast. I made the mistake of ordering both pineapple and banana fritters, you get four in each. I'm hoping I can reheat them tomorrow cause they were really good, just had far too much to eat. Next time I'm busy or lazy I would certainly go back, so I can't recommend any more than that

Really enjoyed your food. Chicken wings lovely and crispy, Singapore curry great and quality of meats, chicken and prawns excellent.

Have received good service in the past from Oriental City but last night was ridiculous. Placed an order for two munchie boxes for a group of 5 of us. Waited an hour when the said it would be about half an hour. Called them to see where order was they had sent it to the wrong address (struggle to understand how this happened as I had to tell the girl on the phone the address more than once). They promised fresh delivery within 10 mins. Waited 25 and called them back. Was told delivery drivers were busy and it would be with us soon. I told them that if it wasn't there in ten minutes just to cancel! It turned up 15 minutes later but the orders were completely wrong. We were given king prawns and prawn toast in one of the boxes when we specifically didn't order it as one of us is allergic to prawns! It's like you just threw a bunch of random stuff in the frier, who gives a damn what we actually ordered! Didn't bother phoning AGAIN to complain because what would they have done? Offered us our original order that we would have to wait 2 hours for? Don't think I will be ordering from Oriental City again

Tried it once won't be back had special curry it was far to sweet and gluey think they must have used a bag of sugar and the rice was like rice pudding

Just chucked the whole lot in the bin! Beef was like bulls lugs, batter on chicken balls was wet/raw, spring rolls translucent with oil and curry sauce I think has been made with sugar not salt!

I would like to thank you for tonight diner i've decided to buy a 6 meal munchie box with my gf. food tasted really great and the best part was that we actually didn't get a 6 course dinner mut 7 cuz there was a fucking fingernail in the peppers! Thank you very much for the addon but I think I'll never buy anything from you guys again, not even a last bottle of water on earth because I'm sure that I would give me a food poison...

I will niver eat here again as found bug in my tea tonight and I will be taken it to environmental health when it opens in morning
