The food arrived within 15 minutes and has great quality food. Highly recommended

Food is great staff are very pleasant and welcoming

Salt and chilli chicken balls are the best

gotta love having stale rice lol stop being so harsh its a takeaway not a 5 star reasteraunt

I must say that when Michael and his family owned it until very recently, you couldn't ask for a better service, they were 1st class...........HOWEVER, since its been sold, it has gone right down hill. I ordered food at around 8:30 last night. When it arrived, half the order was missing. They offered their apologies (after attempting to blame me!), and nothing else until i insisted on them replacing the missing food. Well............it turns out, they sent another delivery guy who not only had just started that night, but had only just moved here from England a few weeks before......no sat nav, no mobile phone!!!......needless to say he got completely lost, and at 10:45, he decides to knock on some poor woman's door, and beg her to use her phone to call me as 'he didn't have credit'!! -At nearly 11 at night!! He eventually gets to me at around 11:20pm after i phone back the restaurant and insist they give me his mobile number. He then attempts (without apology or missing a beat) to hand me the stone cold food which he had been attempting to deliver for nearly TWO hours. (i refused it and asked for my money back, which he did not have) wow!
I then phoned the lady (at the restaurant) who caused all this mess, and she again tried to somehow blame me. She said she would call me today (she didn't) and when i called her, she offered me 20% off my next delivery!!!!
Iv'e still not got a full refund, and i don't care, but i will NEVER use this place again. Everyone makes mistakes, (even though this whole scenario was totally preventable), but the way it was handled was unforgivable. -Just so you know.

This must be the worst meal I have had from a Chinese take away ,poor quality ingredients combined with stodgy rice which was hard , avoid and don't waste your money!!
