Original Piv/Powerhouse Reunion Nights

Rock Night club of the 70s and 80s and early 90s loads of bands were seen there SAXON phil lynott wth grand slam IRON MAIDEN TWICE ! Little Angels, THe Quire Boys Lisa Dominique and loads more and the resident dj was the legendary Tom Jones Who brought us all the tracks from classic rock Metal rock to Indie and thrash metal too!
Clare Baird-Tierney . formed a FB group in 2009 to rekindle the memories from Frid & Sat nights spent dancing at the Ayr Pavilion from 70s and 80s at Powerhouse Rock Nights as run by DJ Tom Jones.
The Piv was unique as it played a variety of music that was not featured in the charts and encouraged the mixing of bikers, rockers, punks, Indie rockers, etc.
The groups popularity grew and Clare has been hosting Reunion Parties to take us all back to those amazing times and meet up with friends old and new to reminice and have fun.
These events run by Clare are the Original Piv Reunions and should not be mixed up with copycat imitations. They are run by the people for the people.
Please help us to get the word out to rockers of all kinds and any interested parties. ALso if you can support the Original Piv Reunion events held currently at The Railway Club James street Ayr . . . it would be most appreciated

UPDATE! We are now doing PIV REUNION NIGHTS inbetween the 4 piv reunions we be doing thru the yr which includes bands of all genres of rock indie and punk rockabilly ! and still have djs with al the rocking tracks
