Been going for 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great selection of stuff, prices are reasonable compared to other alternative stores. The sales are awesome and the hair dye range is brilliant. Staff are always friendly and you quite often stay longer having a conversation with them. Always the first stop in town :)

I love the things the store offers, though prices are steep for their either really good or mediocre quality. But it's nothing new for any store that has stylized clothing. Some of the products have amazing quality and thick fabrics, others are thin and easily making holes with the tiniest stretch. Once I ordered a kraken dress that was available on website, but instead received a different/similar product as the first one was apparently out? I solved it easily myself. I still enjoy the shop and products, but most often wait for discounts :P

Been happy with my purchases up till now. I bought a pair of trousers the wet look/fake leather ones for 49.99 and I was extremely pissed when they fell apart within the first few hrs of wearing them for the first time. I returned them to the a dress and was told I couldn't get my money back as they told me it was me who did something to them and what I said had happened hadn't. I was not lying if I had ruined them myself I wouldn't have returned them. If I spend this amount of money on something it shouldn't fall apart after a few hrs of wearing!!!!! These should not be this price for the rubish quality that they are!!!!!!

Very unhelpful (and rather confused) response when I asked to return an unused item. Shan't be bothering them again.

I was in on Saturday 26th, 2017, and I normally visit the shop regularly to buy new patches if any new one appeared. Its the only shop that has patches and new ones.



I was in having a browse and picking which ones I was going to purchase on that day. The lady who was serving at the time said to me in a rude/snappy tone. "You could have asked for assistance." (I was picking the patches off the wall I was going to purchase, which is quite a few.Also, none of the other retail employees had or said anything to me before about me taking patches off the wall.) I didn't need any help so I said: "No I am fine thank you."



Next thing I knew she told me to stop rudely and told me she HAD to it. So I apologized and waited till I got to the queue then she asked which one I wanted. By this time I felt uncomfortable that she suddenly has a rude tone towards me, then to I felt I had done something to offend her.





I am sorry I am not going to back there if I am going to be treated rudely again.

I do NOT recommend buying something you're unsure of online with Osiris. I've filled out an online returns form twice in the last 3 weeks and had no response. So now I'm left with something that cost me £33 that I'm never going to use. Awful service!
