As Chartered Physiotherapists we are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and have undertake 4 years of study solely on humans BEFORE specialising in animals.
We are required by the CSP to undertake continuing professional development (CPD) every year to ensure we are always keeping up to date with research and standards in the industry! We do WAAAY more than the minimum requirement here at Outline - spending lots of time and ££ going on excellent cou...rses to ensure we are providing the very best service for our riders!
Please make sure if you are going for a 'Rider Assessment' that the person is adequately qualified (and insured) to ASSESS you AND provide appropriate and correct advise to improve your performance in the saddle.
Always check: What are your therapists qualifications? ✅ Are they qualified to perform an in depth assessment? ✅ Are they insured for this? ✅

I've seen more physiotherapists than I care to remember over the last four years and, after losing my footing on gravel and falling on the roadside between a pair of front hooves and an oncoming car last week, I needed a bit of help from Robyn again.



This young lady really knows her stuff and provides excellent assessment, treatment and advice for recovery. I really cannot recommend her highly enough. She's done some great work with my pony Dave too . Thank you, Robyn!

Huge thanks to Robyn for attending the Biomechanics day at Muirfield yesterday, in partnership with Oreo the simulator horse.

I'm a para rider and was hugely looking forward to it but also hugely nervous!

Robyn was lovely and made you feel completely at ease.

My session with her, and Oreo, was incredibly interesting, informative and insightful! I will keep up the exercises she gave me. I'm sure they will help me and my long-suffering horse!! And I hope to plan some future sessions with Robyn.

Having never had physio before, I didn’t know what to expect. Would I embarrass myself from lack of agility, would it hurt, would it work ?

I needn’t have worried about any of that as Robyn was fantastic from the get go and so easy to talk to.

I signed up for the Rider Assessment which is a block booking of 3 appointments. Each session we worked on areas that needed it and I must admit that even after my first one there was a huge difference in what I could do.

Having just completed my last session I feel the difference, even with an old pelvic pain that doctors and consultants didn’t know how to fix !!!

I had homework each time and rather than trying to remember it, I was emailed a detailed breakdown of what to do.

Robyn is great, as are the facilities which are in a stunning setting surrounded by horses. You feel calmer as you walk out the car before you even get to work.

Overall I can’t fault my experience and would highly recommend it for any riders who feel they are a bit squinty or want to improve their position.

I will revisit Outline Chartered Physio any time I feel I need realigned or tweaked.

I’m that impressed with how I feel, it’s my four legged sidekicks turn in a few weeks !!

Had Leo in the school tonight jumping after his physio he went amazing best he's felt in a while ! Couldn't thank Robyn enough, would highly recommend x
