You might have noticed that our beer names are nautically themed. We have a few family connections with the sea so we were delighted to be invited along to support this fine cause! Never had a pint in Broughty Ferry before.... looking forward to it!

The West End Bar have indeed given us incredible support from the start. Always nice to get some lovely comments but even better when it's Terra Nova's biggest supporters.

We've had a busy weekend brewing so we didn't get a chance to share this earlier. But the almighty Ardross Farm Shop to our rescue once again on the social media front. They really help us a lot and give us massive support in their incredible shop. If it's the finest local produce by a country mile you are after then please pay them a visit. We can only offer bottle openers and tshirts to go with beer from our place. Probably should give Ardross bottle openers instead of molecule models as well to be fair...

You'll find our beer mingling with the rest of Fife's finest at this great gig in Glenrothes. I'll be down on thursday night for a catch-up and a bit of general beer banter with my fellow Fife brewers if you want to come and say hi. Great chance to see what everyone is up to on the brewing front.

Cambolicious is on tomorrow and both Terra Nova and Fifie will be there. Also saw Innerbay and Beath Brewing casks. It's a really friendly and cosy festival. Great selection of live music and good food last time. Well worth a visit. If you see anyone wearing an Ovenstone109 jacket come say hi. It'll be Nick wandering about tasting the competition.

Our bottling machine is a man called Kenny (he's a plasterer by day). We fill two bottles at a time, by hand. Want to see what a ceilidh at a brewery is all about?! Here's the video of our Clock Change Ceilidh held on the 30th March 2019, showing off some of the wild dancing from the fantastic crowd we had and giving a wee taste of Sandy Smith's fabulous ceilidh band. All put together by our very good friend and media master, Brian Anderson.

The spiritual home of a great craft beer is in our opinion your local farm shop. However, there are exceptions and this is soon to be one of them. Opening this friday will be The Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant in Dunfermline. The owner has jacked in his day job and built this exceptional emporium of craft ales. He's nearly fully stocked with an almighty range of beers ranging from the hard-to-come-by to the local, including ourselves of course, as well as other Fifers such as... the Coul Brewing Company, Inner Bay Brewery and Beath Brewing. The choice will be overwhelming! Really excited to see this place take off and it's shops like this that support little breweries like us. Top bloke who's very knowledgeable about his beer and we won't be offended if you go there and buy something other than Terra Nova or Fifie! But definitely go there.... it will be worth it!
