Oxgangs Path (Permanently Closed)

The receptionist at that practice needs a lot of training, or a total change of staff!!! Even answering the phone needs changing.. when it comes to the service they should provide most times I'm made to feel as if I shouldn't come! Also a few of the doctors whenever I go there I just believed I should have googled my symptoms😏 They need to send it some mystery patients.

Total incompetents not the doctors the so called reception staff if you want attitude go here ,lack of patient interest ,why are you here wasting our time is the general state of affairs here if you want to be treated like a normal human being don't go here.

I moved to oxgangs path surgery in 2014 and have never felt so ill treated in my life the reception staff are nasty to the point I've been in tears the only doctor that I rate is Dr Crawford and I never get him. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for over 25 years and my previous surgery were amazing and the reception staff were great. I have been to hospital with a serious lung complaint because I was too afraid to phone Oxgangs Path to be insulted and made to feel like a nuisance. I'm a 45 year old woman who works as an HR Business Partner as well as working full time for Heriot-watt university. It appears now that you cannot phone for a repeat prescription and this must be done online I can assure you I have never received any notification of this change and the last time I tried I was definitely not a clairvoyant who does something about the treatment of human beings that call in for help not to be abused. Can anyone advise me who I should take this matter to as I have had this treatment from this surgery for two years now
