We had a meal in here with friends tonight 28th April 2018 and it was beautiful staff very friendly food delicious our son said it was the tastiest lasagne he has ever had �

We came here for my sons birthday dinner and before we left he was asking when can we come back! Great food good price lovely staff no rush relaxing family meal. Will be back again soon!

Very friendly staff and the food was as good as that on our recent trip to Rome. Definitely worth a visit and will be back soon ourselves. Would recommend without hesitation to family and friends.

Thanks to the team for looking after us on Friday night. Wife’s 40th birthday celebrations. Staff were attentive and everyone enjoyed the food. Been a couple of times now, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Returned back from a long day out with the kids tonight and we decided to give this place a go.

The restaurant was busy but the staff managed to fit us in.

Nice atmosphere, quick service, pizzas were demolished by my two normally fussy kids.

My wife really enjoyed the lasagne and I inhaled the spicy salami pizza.



I will definitely come back again and it’s really encouraging to see businesses in Rutherglen booming.

Outstanding local venue and great family feeling to it. Got the pizza with rocket on it and the calamari to start. Staff were great and attentive to detail

I was so looking forward to trying Padano and I wasn't disappointed. A friend and I had the 3 course lunch menu and it was fantastic. Plenty of choice, good portion sizes and inexpensive. The pizza I had was one of the best I've had outside Fiuggi in Italy - I'll be back that's for sure.

Had a lovely Easter Sunday meal with the family at Padano. There were a couple of issues with the meal but the staff were incredibly courteous and resolved them without any issues. This is the second time of eating at Padano and it certainly won't be the last! Buona cucina casalinga Grazie mille! �

First visit yesterday after hearing it was a great place. We shared the Parma ham salad and focaccia bread with both ordering the prawn pesto tagliatelle - all were delicious. Service was great too and loved the open kitchen area. Can't wait to go back soon. Very good value - great menu.

A group of us ate at Padano early on Saturday evening and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was excellent (the lasagna was superb), you could tell it was all freshly made and the staff were very welcoming and happy to help. It was a really lovely dining experience and I am very much looking forward to my next visit.

Visited for a late lunch, arriving around 2pm and it was busy. We were greeted and sat immediately with drinks order promptly taken. I went for the three course menu at £10.95 and my partner ordered from the main menu. We each had bruschetta to start but both versions were different. Mine came with some green salad leaves, my partner's with a drizzle of EVOO. The cherry tomatoes were bursting with flavour and although my bread could have been toasted a little longer, it was still enjoyable. For main, I had the cheeseburger with hand cut chips. Burger was cooked perfectly and the chips were awesome, ironically my burger bun was toasted a wee bit too much this time lol, but was fine. My partner had the seafood pizza, which came without cheese, but the gent who took the order checked this with him first. Partner said it was fine but probably wouldn't order it again - that is down to his personal taste to be honest and nothing to do with the pizza, which he ate happily! To finish, I had three scoops of ice cream as part of my valuable 3 course menu. Staff were attentive and chatty. I really like this restaurant and will be a regular customer, as it is very local to me.

Had a lovely main course ( the Padano Burger ) and a glass of house red wine. It took me ages to finish the meal, the portions were so generous, it was delicious. The staff were so friendly and attentive that we are definitely going back � xx

In today for the first time about 6pm. Food was not great, minestrone soup was awash with large lumps of potatoes and carrots. More like a bland vegetable soup. The toasted bread was the only good thing about the mussels starter. The pizza was very doughy and looked like someone had just squirted random bits of mozzarella over it. Staff were nice and courteous. Would only recommend the chips
