I would say that this is a very lovely and interesting train station. The architecture is nice and its alright clean.

One of Scotland's busiest train stations this 4 platform station is the station for Glasgow Airport which is roughly 10 mins by taxi or 20 by bus. The station it's self is clean and well sign posted and staff are friendly and helpful. The station has a small shop and a small coffee boat too.

Some if the staff I have found to be disrespectful and to act in the way of your A-typical social degenerate. When a paying customer asks for the platform of their train or the time, it gives no reason in this earth for the ticket staff to have a rant, refuse service or throw the coins at me, never mind question my fiscal situation and social status making a comparison with theirs. Some people like the structure of an organisation that gives them a uniform and a sense of purpose and accomplishment, like all walks of life some think they are perhaps superior in some ways, all these people can and will be replaced with machines and economic migrants and it's happening right now, don't take it out on the paying customer, take it out on Scot rail/Abiello.

Good service to Glasgow city centre

My pet hate is someone chatting to a colleuge when serving you, it's just rude but hey ho part of life! Got ticket for train and I had to interupt woman serving me my ticket "can you tell me what platform the next train to Glasgow is please?" Yes she says look at the screen up there 😳 No I asked you what platform as I can't see the screen, she continued to say the "screen will show you all the platforms" missed the next train as I never knew what platform to go to👊🏻😡now waiting on later train so really peeved with this customer service this morning thanks Cathrine or Christine or whatever your name was as I can hardly read ur badge 🤓
