Happy Easter everyone, just a little reminder!

A message direct from Connor and Bren (Co-owners of Pampered Pets)
We would like to thank all our customers personally for their strong loyalty and support. Our family were overwhelmed by the number of people who came to our sale day where we received such lovely comments about our company. We pride ourselves in given the best service to each individual who walks in our stores.
... Without our customers we would not have managed to move from a smaller premises to a much larger one, where we can offer more products and more services to our fabulous fur babies. We will put up a post with everything we will be able to offer eventually.
Please if you can share our page and tell people about us. If you feel we are giving you the right service and support please write a recommendation on our page so new people can read it. However if you feel our service has been poor, we ask customers to please contact us direct so we can do our utter best to resolve this. ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS Pampered pets new shop is open Sunday 14th April 9.30-6pm. We are kicking off with a sale day. A further sale day will be on Saturday 25th May for the reptile and fish products due to some stock being delayed. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused but this is out with our control. The Mackenzie family, thePampered Pets team and the Highland Canine Coaches will all be there to offer advice on pet health, nutrition and training. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. The Mackenzie family can finally reveal that our brand new store at 33, Harbour Road Inverness will be opening on Sunday 14th April. Little Angus, Duncan’s dog had something to say when we told him the news! Please share this post with all your friends and family.

they are great bought a harness it was fitted by one off the staff and then was given a sample of there grain free food maggie may loves it this is the best pet shop in inverness

What can I say about this business and the owners? One word well maybe two......Absolutely Brilliant! My 10 month old choc lab Maci goes to training classes with Brenda and Colin and I've nearly bought the shop! Their advice is great to a first time dog owner like myself as to her diet, treats and toys. Nothing is too much trouble for them and advice is free anytime even if you don't need to buy anything. Brenda, Colin and Conner are a pleasure to know and their staff are lovely too. I have no qualms about recommending them to friends who have dogs!

We have had a lot of help from Pampered Pets. Brenda has given us a lot of help with one of our dogs. We were facing some tricky situations with him and Brenda gave us a lot of guidance. This allowed us to move forward with confidence. He is now a calmer happier boy. Connor and Duncan have assisted many times when I've come into the shop, giving some amazing advice and encouragement. Colin and Jackie have also helped by taking him in the kennels for a trial as we weren't sure if he'd cope with a longer stay. Can't thank all of them enough, what they do is amazing. Their support has been incredible.

Thank you Pampered Pets for helping us find a little boot to protect poor Gibson the Field Spaniel's injured paw. Great service.

Stayed in the highlands for a week and needed raw food half way through our stay and Pampered Pets Inverness were extremely accommodating to our needs and had what we needed, will be going back again later in the year when I'm in the highlands again.

My husband & I had bern looking for a place to take our long haired Tabby for the longest, lucked up and found this gem! Erin & Sandy were just amazing! They shared tons of knowledge and their lovable personalities made it easy for us to entrust them with our boy. He looks and smells amazing... his lion cut has all of social media inquiring....GREAT JOB

Just wanted to say thank you to Connor. I popped in to the Inverness store on Tuesday. Our 10 year old Yorkie, Mollie, had gone off her food, and had been turning her nose up at everything 'dog food' for well over a week! Connor was very helpful and suggested Colbre kibble. Delighted to say that this has been gobbled up since. So glad that Mollie is eating again :-)

I visited here for the first time in Saturday to get a new harness. Sadly none to fit but one coming in for her especially! She happily helped herself to a new dog treat and I got to ask Connor lots of questions. I will always visit this shop for my doggy pusser needs from now on!! Excellent service and thank you from Daisey and my lab Laird. X.

I just love this super friendly and very helpful pet shop. Always so happy to help including taking bags of dog food out to the car for me (last while I have been in either pregnant or with the baby so the assistance is very much appreciated) Duncan and Conner usually on when I go in and they are always so cheerful. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic shop, have swapped my boy from a very expensive grain free brand onto their own grain free kibble which is £30 cheaper! I saw a huge difference within 6wks, his coat is so shiny and even his temperament has changed to a much calmer cocker, didn't think that was possible! Throughly recommend Pampered Pets great family business who really know their stuff!

Fantastic shop - friendly, so much choice, and knowledgeable staff. I recently asked for advice on grooming Pippin, my long-haired collie-cross, and Bren recommended the Mikki “Good Hair day” undercoat rake. It’s absolutely fantastic. I wish I had discovered it years ago (for my previous collie-lab cross). It efficiently removes the undercoat (Pippin has a thick undercoat, which doesn’t fall out at shedding time – just hangs there), and he loves being groomed with it. Will even tolerate me doing his hips and top of hind legs.

Excellent service from all the staff in Pampered Pets who are genuinely interested and enthusiastic about your pets..I have been taking Luna in since she was 11 weeks old and have gained valuable advice on feeding from Connor. Have also had Luna fitted for a harness by Duncan who offered the best option for my needs! Have just completed week one of Puppy training with Bren and Colin and deemed so much information already.

Brought our puppy Dexter in for his first harness this afternoon, and the service we received was second to none. Will not go anywhere else after today! Treated Dexter like he was the only puppy in the world and made him very comfortable. Genuinely care about the pets coming in. Great!! Thank you Connor. �

Amazing customer service!!!! Went to Bren for some advice for an extremely nervous/fearful rescue collie that was too afraid to come out of her kennel. Couldn't walk her or anything. Shakes when men go near her. Bren really helped me with some amazing tips and recommended Scullcap & Valerian to help as well. Now we have a completely different dog that loves a fuss and her walks. Still shy coming out of her kennel but she does eventually and really enjoys her walks now. Thank you so much Pampered Pets, once again amazing customer service, nothing is too much trouble and always have time to help with much needed advice.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, popped in for raw food as we were on holiday, ended up buying a TTouch Harness after asking the benefits the staff were extremely helpful, also bought quite a few other bits, it was such a lovely experience just a shame they are not local, absolutely brilliant and so welcoming.
