Pandora

I had been given the wrong sized bracelet by your assistant whilst buying a birthday present for my sister. I spent £280 buying a few pieces. Opening the gift on the day was when this was discovered. Obviously this is very disappointing and inconvenient as it is always a long wait for service in this store. I have just returned the item for a refund and got the worst treatment from your assistant Maria. When I remarked at the end of the transaction was it not normal to apologise to the customer since the mistake is the store's fault she replied 'well it wasn't myself who served you and made the mistake'. Working in customer service as I do I know this goes against the basics of good customer service. Pandora...more staff training please! Very below standard!

My mother and I went in to get myself my first Pandora charm bracelet. My mother picked out a safety charm. They didn't measure her up for size which I read they are meant to do. They tried her with a 50mm. They assured that would be enough and wouldn't fall off her wrist. Well that was so untrue she tried it all on her charm at home and they thing just slid off. Poor attention to measuring and fitting. My one they did the same, fitted me with the same size. It fell off infront of the girl helping. She said it should be fine and wouldn't fall off. Well it clearly did? It was the only size again available. They told me the 50mm was the smallest they did. I went with the purchase as I thought seeing as I will be filling my charm it would help bulk it out a bit to stop it falling off. I went on their website only to find 40mm ones! I was assured no no that's the smallest we do. Just shows how much they are actually willing to help you with. Felt that they were more concerned about getting the sale and moving on to the next customer. I won't be dealing with that shop again. Buying online only!

Had the best experience here customer service was brilliant. Had a problem with the clasp on bracelet I've had for over 5 years straight away gave me a new bracelet. O we the moon I am now able to wear my Pandora and charms again without fear of losing it. Thank you very much

It says people may spend 10 minutes in here that's a laugh you could easily spend half your day and still not be serviced. Today i visited the Aberdeen branch in Union Square with my husband three times 11ish and again at 12.30ish. Twice we stood in the que and waited so long we got fed up and left. Headed off did more shopping and cinema. Returned to the store around 4pm looked less busy stood in line again actually managed to speak to an assistant who i asked if it was possible to look in the catalogue as I couldn't see the charm i wanted on display. Very pleasant girl handed is a catalogue asked me to look at it in store as it was the shops copy and to call on her when i saw the one i wanted. We stood by the counter looking through catalogue i found the one i wanted to purchase plus two others i liked. Another assistant who had just finished serving a customer asked if we were ok i replied yes i found the charms i liked and she told me to get in line. I explained we had already waited in line was given catalogue to find what i wanted abd i had. She ignored this and continued to put back charms she had been showing the customer before us. A few minutes later after she had returned the charms she asked us again to get in line. I lay the catalogue on the counter and walked out. Why can't you have catalogues lying around for customers to look at? You can't get near the display cabinets when people are being served. It would make more sense to use the queing time picking charms etc. I travelled 100 miles round trip to visit this store today as we live in Banff. Very disappointed in the service. How often must a person stand in a line?
