Very poor after sale customer service! Went for a deep clean of my bracelet and charms and was asked to pay a fee. Last time when I used this service, it was free and so it should be. So disappointed! Will stop buying anything from Pandora! Shame as I was a regular customer. Very unhelpful staff as well.
