Papa John'S Pizza

Poor, poor delivery time. An hour to deliver a pizza from a shop 7 minutes away?

I normally use Dominos, but decided to give Papa Johns Kilmarnock a try. Never again. Why accept pre-order times and turn up 40 minutes after that time slot saying well it is busy. Pizza not warm and had clearly been sitting for a while, garlic knots had leaked over every other box and pepperoni pizza had around 3 bits of pepperoni on it. Back to Dominos for service and superior product.

Absolutely terrible service. Take orders, confirm orders, don't bother delivering. As if they weren't expensive enough when they GIVE you pizza for the money taken!

After ordering our meal and waiting over 1.5 hours for it to be delivered it was wrong! Ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and a pepperoni and ended up with two pepperoni. Didn't get the chicken poppers we ordered or the dips. Staff were unhelpful saying the manager wasn't in the building however we had just spoken with him 15 mins beforehand, unless he had taken upon himself to do the deliveries as the timescale was shocking!
No wonder we normally order from domino's. Far superior service!!

I have ordered Papa Johns from there few times. The pizzas are great but horrendous delivery times as I ordered for the pizza at certain time and they don't arrive after half a hour or over an hour. You really should look at how Dominoes do their job always arriving on the time. Poor delivery great food.

I ordered 2 hours ago, and not a thing. Contradictory information on the Just Eat.
£20 down and nothing to show for it is outrageous, unless by some miracle my pizza turns up in the next 5 mins (and hot) I'll be after a refund. If it was directions that were needed, there's a thing called Google Maps, and dare I say my mobile number...

So yeah granted I ordered hogmanay but seriously if I pay for and order a pepperoni pizza I do expect more than 2 bits of pepperoni on there!! And I also expect my peppers to be cooked and not raw... crust and sauce was great but overall sucked... not good guys feel you robbed me of 15 quid!!!!!!!! Should have spent the money at dominos or pizza Hut!

Absolutely the worst place in the whole of Kilmarnock to order pizza from. Delivery always takes much longer than an hour, regardless of where you live and it will always arrive cold. This has happened to myself several times so I will now no longer bother ordering from here and will very happily order from Dominos or even Pizza Hut.

Always have good deals on and for my money there pizza is better than Domino's.
