Papa John'S Pizza

Really poor experience. We have been ordering from this branch since we moved to dennistoun over 3 years ago and never had any problems. Last night we ordered a large pizza just after 2am. Never appeared. Delivery driver did not ring buzzer and only called when he was back at the shop. Just eat reviews seem to show many people had the same issue last night so not sure if new delivery driver or what, but either way we didnt get any pizza, and when I phoned this morning to get a refund, was told it was a different manager and to call back later. Will never order from here again after this.

Pizza tastes okay but their point system is the worst. I have earned over a 100 points but because I regularly go on diets I have only ever been able to claim a grand total of one pizza.

Changed rating due to delivery drivers still parking in disabled parking spaces AGAIN. No consideration what so ever!!! 20/9/17

When purchased pizza earlier in the year WAS happy with the pizza.

Great pizza! Opened to 3am! Often Fast delivery.

Lots of selection of food, would recommend the food. Very good value for money.

Very bad communication. I wouldn't order from here. Save yourself time and hassle..

Worst customer service ever! The manager screamed abuse at me and my partner because we called to advise him that the website wasn't working! DO NOT USE This take away!!!

Really nice pizza arrived just under half an hour on a saturday. Large filled the both of us and we get points :). Girl on the phone ran through some deals but recommended ordering online for the points and same deals. Definitely try it again.
