Had my first ever papa John's tonight and everything was great, my son is fussy about his food and he absolutely loved the cheese pizza, bbq beef brisket pizza was so yummy, bbq wings were so tasty and cooked perfect but the cinnamon knots and chocolate brownies was definitely the family favourite

Ordered for the first time tonight and was disappointed to only receive half my order. Ordered a pizza and chicken sharer deal on the website but the driver only brought the pizza. When I asked where the chicken was he said it was only 1 item on the receipt. He gave me the receipt and told me to phone the shop if I thought it was wrong. The receipt did indeed show only a pizza but it had added in the cost of the chicken sharer to the total. When I phoned the shop I was told they didn't do the chicken sharer deal because they are a franchise and could only offer store credit for the extra I paid. I was called back by the manager the next day and given a full refund. Papa John's need to get the website sorted so it only shows store specific offers, but I can't fault the customer service. The pizza was very tasty, although the "special" garlic sauce tasted like cheap garlic margarine.

Will never purchase from here again! Ordered pizza sticks they came looking like a very flat small pizza, burnt so black and the centre was about 1mm thin and just disintegrated when picked up. The pizza was quite tasty but half the toppings I had ordered and paid for were missing from the pizza. Ordered 8 toppings I could only see 4. Also ordered the lava desert. Again tasty but only once I scraped the pudding and it's chocolate sauce contents of everything else. It been tipped upside down and the sauce had run over everything, extra dips I ordered also did not arrive . If I hadn't of waited so long for the food I'd of complained there and then. But ate the pizza as was starving. Received a txt survey following day which I replied to with my issues but heard nothing back in response. Really disappointing as we had wanted to try this place for a while. Never again!! On a plus the delivery guy was friendly.
