Paragon Trade Service (Permanently Closed)

Avoid at all costs, called them up and they demanded cash upfront, took hours to get to fix a leak then said they couldn't do it. They said no chance of refund. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these cowboys

What a Bunch of Cowboys .you have been warned .The joiner the electrician and plumber are the same guy "Jack of all trades, master of none"

After experiencing a burst water pipe in my house at 3am, I found paragon trade services online.
Paragon's call centre arranged a plumber to be on site within the hour, The plumber was very pleasant and informed me of what he was going to do.
Once the leak was fixed their surveyor arranged a quote for my insurance company to repair the damage the following day.
Paragon were given the contract and carried the works out to the highest standard.

A1 service, I will be using them again!

Please can I urge anyone who is thinking of using this company to please take the time to read my review.

As part of an insurance claim, my insurance company selected Paragon to do the full reinstatement in my property. After a few weeks of them working there, I felt like I was in an episode of Cowboy builders and had to ask Paragon to stop working and leave my property immediately.

Their workmanship was appalling. I question the skills of all of their "tradesmen". They were responsible for fitting a new kitchen, but by the looks of things, I suspect this was their first ever attempt. Due to their horrific workmanship, they damaged the items of my new kitchen. They missed out vital steps of the fitting process and did nothing in a logical order. They were clearly trying to do things in a hurry. Their attempt at tiling looked like it was done by a 5year old. I could have done a better job myself. They damaged by new worktop by cutting it to the wrong size. They damaged units by not measuring correctly where they were to be fitted and tried to cram them in. They left massive gaps between the worktop and the wall and tried to hide it by filling with a cm of sealant.... The whole job from start to finish was horrendous. They're the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I would seriously advise anyone to steer clear of them.

I have never come across such an unqualified, incompetent bunch of idiots.

Save yourself some money, stress and avoid these clowns.

Overall I am very happy with the service I have received from Paragon. The estimate was received in a timely manner and outlined in detail what we could expect from Paragon. Any questions I had were answered promptly and there were no additional charges for site visits. I found the project management from Paragon to be very supportive and would not hesitate to recommend or use again. The installation was done within the agreed time frame and the building was ready to use straight away as Paragon ensured everything was clean for us. The finished project was exactly what we had hoped for and I am very happy with the result.
