Excellent, recently (1 year ago) refurbished room, with welcome treats. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast with good selection of traditional and continental breakfast available from the buffet. I would stay here again if in the area. Close to the town centre, plenty of parking at the hotel on on the street.
Lovely hotel to stay in, food was great with a good choice menu to pick from and with a breakfast buffet, room was very clean and tidy, only complaint was that they shut the bar at 11-00pm on Friday night when the place was still busy.
Lovely break for a few nights. Service and food excellent. Our two cocker spaniels also had a great time.
Paid ninty five pounds for a deluxe room. The shower was scalding hot and the bath and the tiles were broken. Breakfast was hard eggs and over cooked sausages won't be back. The menu on the website is cheaper than the hotel just a con.
Room was newly renovated and was fantastic with loads of extras there too. Staff extremely helpful and cheery. Food was remarkable with a limited menu but what was on the menu was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Well done and thanks for making my weekend so wonderful. Any chance you can sort out the weather next time ? Because I will certainly be back💗

I went to the Park recently for a lunch meal, I hadn't been to the Park before for lunch so was not sure what to expect. The menu was quite varied and I opted for the roast chicken dinner. All the meals we had were of good value and we served quite quickly. The layout and feel of the place is a little dated but that should not distract from the tasty food that is on offer.
Just back from a brilliant 3 night dinner, bed and breakfast break at this Hotel. Very welcoming, friendly reception staff. Lovely ground floor room, as requested, with walk in shower. Everywhere spotlessly clean and cosy.
Good choices on dinner menus, food very well cooked and nicely presented.
Breakfast - buffet style - also very good (not overdone as is quite often the case!). Waiting and bar staff very friendly, courteous and helpful at all times.
