I've never had a rental with this company but already I'm not impressed. I was on my way to view a property to only receive a phone call from their landline 8 minutes before my appointment to tell me they were cancelling it as it is taken. No sorry, no apologies for the inconvenience. I asked while on the phone, "what the flat I'm walking to now" and all she said was yes. I've never experienced this and I am glad I'm not renting with this company due to if they can treat you like this (there wasn't even a suggestion of we could take you somewhere else to view) then god knows what they are like when renting with them!

Changed to them from another company and I have to say it was a far better change. The staff are helpful and really quick at getting back to me. I have no faults at all.

Most unprofessional and with no clue how to inform and keep in touch with a customer. They take deposit and this is where their interest ends up...

I don't usually leave reviews like this, but I rented a flat with two flatmates from Parkhill and I have to say the experience was terrible from beginning to end.
Let's begin with the signing of the contract. We had put down our deposit for the flat, happy to have found a place. Two days before we were due to move in, we get a phone call that two of us will have to pay the rent up front for half a year, otherwise we won't be allowed to move in. Luckily (or not), we were able to manage this in two days.
Then, the flat inspections. A property inspection is normal, but should not make you feel like a criminal in your own home. (If you want more information on this feel free to email as I don't want to make this too long).

Now, this is the cream on the icing: In the beginning of our two-year lease we had four chairs in our living room, which were very wobbly and in terrible shape. One broke almost immediately. Naturally, we contacted Parkhill and they provided us with four new chairs. We left two of the best old chairs in the flat as extra seating opportunity. Obviously, this was a mistake.
Furthermore, the kitchen did not come equipped with a microwave. Due to this, we organised our microwave of our own, and after moving out left it in the flat, as a nice gesture to the next tenant. Quite obviously, this was a mistake too. We got heftily charged for both "misconducts".

I have to say - really Parkhill? Is this the best you can do? I could go into so much more detail, I did not mention how badly you keep in contact, how long you took to get our boiler fixed during winter, or about random people being let in for a flat viewing without any notice at all. This is all truly horrible and I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a flat.

Furthermore, I posted this review on Facebook and Parkhill deleted their entire Facebook page shortly after, so they have yet to answer me.

I stayed at parkhill for over 3 weeks..wow the apartments is very up to date feels like a home from home...service from management was very good...would definitely recommend to friends and family 😊😊😊😊😊😊 thanks parkhill for a lovely stay
