Miller was our first contact and he solved with high efficiency our problem. The next morning we got exactly the right, identical spare parts of wheel and tire mounted and could continue our vacation after this short break. I like Ford Cars, I like the prices and I like the showroom, there's a lot to be said for this dealership NOT the attitude of all the staff though, especially the lady that answers the phone! If you're wanting a free bit of attitude you can get plenty here. The prices of the servicing and parts are good - they'll rarely be finished on time and your car is never clean but if you or them make a mistake they will do their bit to help and get everything sorted and there's a lot to be said for that in this day and age!
