Worst Dealer!! Buy elsewhere, get ex demo vehicle, find out its totally unchecked for you get it, broken and parts missing, book it in for 2 days to be told we've ordered parts and can you bring it back again. Basically unless you phone them hourly nothing happens, my experience of Ford dealers in general is poor, but this takes the biscuit

Worst ford dealer in Scotland for a new car. If your looking for stereotypical car salesmen ( think Arthur Daley and Del boy rolled in to one ) then you'll be in your glory here. Economical with the truth, white lies and lots of dodgy goings on, its all here and on show the minute they have your cash. I love ford cars, it's sad that this dealership has a licence to sell them. Fine for a visit to view your next car but if your looking to buy, seriously, drive the 20 odd miles to the People's Ford dealership in Falkirk and get your car from them.
