Terrible experience with Renault repair center manager, most obnoxious man , disrespectful and very unhelpful. My car was recalled for couple of faults, there was another problem with the engine, Renault cannot locate part, so I'm given courtesy car, great, then he demands this back and sends me to Enterprise for a hire car, great, but the excess is way to high for my income. So I am without my car until who knows when. Not a good way to treat your customers Mr...................

Terrible customer service and poor quality work from bodyshop. If your insurance company suggests Park's do not accept and ask for an alternative repair service.

avoid this place like one would avoid a mentally unstable ex girlfriend with a machete.

ordered a car on 02/05/15. got told it would arrive 3 days later. when the car finally arrived 2 weeks later, i then had to wait another 2 weeks for them to "fix" issues the car had when it arrived. so after a month of waiting for my car to be ready for me to drive away, i collected the car to find the car covered in dog hair, paint issues that had not been mentioned and some of the controls in the car not working. when i asked for these to be fixed i got told it would be another 2 weeks. i needed my car to look after my disabled fiancée and to work so i just took the car with the issues above.

now, i got a warranty with the car that stated parts failures would be fixed. so i wake up one day to find my car's brakes rear drums have been locked on. i phoned the dealership and they told me i needed to bring the car in to have a look. kinda tricky when the car would not move. i asked if they could arrange to pick up the car. got told no way. fair enough. so the aa man told me what was wrong. the adhesive that holds the lining in place had failed (props to the AA man. coolest brake down i had ever had.... discussing star trek, the cure and space travel) i even gave them the brake lining to show them what had happened and got the AA man to explain to them. i got told i would have to discuss this with the warranty company. they gave me a number for the warranty company that turned out to be wrong. 10 mins of being on hold and i get told they'll find out from the dealership. a week later i have the dealership demanding payment for work that i never said they could do or they would tow my car away. did i mention they wanted to charge me £850 just to fix the drums despite the part failure being under the warranty? they said that it was not a part failure, just wear and tear even after the AA man told them what was wrong. i ended up driving the car from there to my friends garage and he fixed it all for £110 using renault parts. the whole ordeal with the dealership also lost me my job as a delivery driver. all this while dealing with customer service so useless, i could of got a better result sticking one of my rubber ducks by a phone and squeezing it.

a month later, i realise my MOT was due. i was meant to be told by the dealership about this. it was part of my contract with them that they would tell me when my MOT was due and would do it. i phone them and ask why they have not contacted me about it. i got hung up on. at this point, that was the final straw and i just had enough. just took the car to my friends garage and that was it.

so parks. i hope you enjoy the money i gave you for my warranty. for everyone else, go else where.

Bought a car from suzuki at parks but not a suzuki car . Salesman was very pleasant and helpful (Stefan) but his boss left a lot to be desired treated woefully by this man . We had car 3 Days when we discovered that the wheelnut set we were given was wrong . My husband returned to sales room and told them our problem . The suzuki manager sauntered to office and brought out our contract saying we had signed that wheelnut set was correct .(I dont know anyone who checks a wheelnut set at sales room). After my husband telling the boss he was out of order the manager said he would order one out of kindness !!!but it would take at least a week . He came home angry so contacted customer service who dealt with issue quickly and all of sudden we have the wheelnut set next day straight to house !! This manager caused us undue stress and i feel and the very least a written apology should have been given . Instead husband get call from depot manager saying its being dealt with . The Suzuki manager had a terrible attitude from start to finish all because we wanted a good deal . Totally regret buying from him .

The worst car buying experience of my life .
Sales man attitude is very poor and gives no back up .Avery big lack of communication in the place between departments .already had my car longer than I have and now it's back in for a second attempt to rectify defects .all in all I my partner and my family will never give them any custom . Very in happy.
