I was very pleased with the service I received last Tuesday. No fuss over job done under guarantee, and car was left spotless after delivering it covered in mud. Customer service staff were very considerate.

Staff are extremely unhelpful and rather rude. They have the poorest customer-orientated attidtude of all garages I have ever been to, it's as if they are actively trying to make everything more difficult. Give a poor MOT & service. Spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give it less I would. Staff are not very helpful and don't seem interested in selling cars at all, very hard to approach and ask questions. Would never buy a car from them.

I have bought my last two cars from here, however I feel their service is slipping.

Bought my Dacia Sandero Stepway from this garage. Best car I have ever had. Staff always courteous and friendly. No problems with either the car or the service levels in spite of my doing 20,000 miles pa. I thoroughly recommend this garage

Got a tyre replaced due to wear and they didnt even clean the rim of the metal wheel so it leaked air until I got a proper garage to put the tyre on correctly. The other garage sited that a lot of corrosion that wasnt buffed off caused the problem. The repair was a track rod end that was damaged. They replaced that and didnt align the wheel correctly. It cost me another £50 to remedy their shoddy workmanship. They also serviced the vehicle and didnt notice that there was a nail in one of the tyres! I was warned about this garage by a friend, should have listened.

I ordered a new renault zoe at beginning of may, I was given a quote in front of my wife of £140 deposit-£140 a month payments.I specifically and quite clearly said "thats it, no hidden charges no extra,s" yes I was told "thats it", TILL THE TERMS CAME THROUGH. It had jumped from £140 to £179, I explained the deal I was told and that was what I would be paying and signed for.
delivery date was 27th may or BEFORE, It,s now as I type the 8th of June I still don,t have my car and im off on holiday today by the time i get back it,ll be 1 month late and they,ll expect me to pay for that month-EH DONT THINK SO.
parks still havent fitted the charging point at my house so even if the car came today I cant charge it up.
VERY POOR SHOW PARKS-NEVER EVER AGAIN.
