Parkview fishery is a family run business offering anglers bank fishing only. Both the fly and bait pond are stocked regularly with the finest of trout.

Fly fishing Aly Fairley managed this large rainbow of 12lb 02oz in his bag of 3 for 17lb today and before anyone asks it wasn't safely returned 😀
On a really cold and windy day at Parkview 19 anglers took part in the Scottish Disabled Fly Team Fundraiser. After a slow start William Brash came out on top with 21 fish closely followed by John Johnston in second and William Leach third, over 150 fish were landed some of them big and some really big. Thanks to everyone for taking part
Parkview fly pond will be closed on Sunday 14th April until 4pm for the Scottish Disabled Fly Fishing Team Fundraiser, the bait pond will be open as normal. Dries and buzzers have been working well with 31 anglers today landing over 200 fish many of them very large.
Bait fishing Willie Townsley with another big fish this one weighing in at 11lb in his bag of 3 for 16lb. with a busy day on both ponds fly fishing Sam Davies on a two hour ticket landed 13 on an amazing February rise 😲 all being caught on a dry fly.
21 anglers took part in Parkviews Scottish team fundraiser today with the fisheries own entries taking 3 of the first 4 places. First place went to Sandy Page landing 21 fish with Paul Watt a close second on 19, Jock Kettles third on 13, and Dougie Cooper fourth with 12. Mark Watt also finished well placed. In total 171 fish were returned the heaviest being 11 1/2 lb caught by Stevie Anderson. Just under £1500 was raised for the Scottish team, a big thank you to all that took part.
The Fly pond will be closed tomorrow (Saturday 16th Feb.) for Fifes Scottish team fundraising event. The bait pond will be any method on this day.
An early start proved successful for John Singleton and Steven Bett landing 26 fish between them, Jim Selfridge managed the biggest fish of the day at 12lb. The fly is now ice free, bait is still frozen.

GUESS THE WEIGHT FOR A FREE 8HRS C /R . With his second cast of the day Davy Jackson (Alva) landed another big fish with this one weighing in at ?. After all the recent rain the water is still crystal clear with the fish being caught deeper down. Winner announced at 10pm tonight.
Here is proof you dont have to catch a monster fish to have a good day, first time fly fishing Jack and Kieran are delighted with this 2lb rainbow and 2 1/2lb tiger (12 and 14lb weighed in the net 😂) Over the weekend 32 fly fishing landed over 230 fish. Bait pond should be ice free tomorrow.

Was at Parkview tonight for the first time and I wasn't dissapointed - had 3 fish and dropped 4 of Diawl Bachs, Wotsit, Olive Damsel and Buzzers.
The rise was absolutely incredible!
The best place in the U K for a great day s fishing. Love the place
Had a great 4hrs at Parkview today . 7 Rainbows in 4 hrs. The hospitality was great . A piping hot pie delivered to you at lunch. Free of charge I might add, just hit the spot. Grade A trout. In a well stalked pond. Thanks again Jim can't wait to come back. Ps the lad next to me netted a double.

Good hard fighting fish and different species of trout there also,size =2lb-to the double figures.
