New Stock going out in the shop this afternoon! Taken delivery of more mugs and coasters to top up the gaps, and also added in two new designs (Mussels and Venus Clam). I'm here, and the shop is OPEN until 4.30pm this afternoon. Met a fellow artist this morning who spent two hours getting rid of a chip in our new replacement front door at home. You'd never know it had arrived with a wee chunk out of it, and interesting to meet an artist who uses her skills in such a way! And shop dog took a great liking to her ;) anyway, apologies for any inconvenience if you stopped by this morning all back to normal now!
Patterns of Light will be opening late tomorrow - hopefully around lunchtime! Apologies for any inconvenience. I have someone coming all the way from Aberdeen to fix a front door at home, and unfortunately I need to be there while she works. So if you were planning to visit tomorrow, please make it in the afternoon! Once I'm in Kishorn, I'll be there until 4.30pm as usual :) (looking at the weather she may cancel by the end of today, but will keep you posted)
One finished Scallop shell. I used some new pearlescent fluid acrylics with the watercolour inks this time, and also finished it off with silver ink to highlight the natural lines in the shell.
