Really enjoy Paula's Pilates classes. Paula is a great teacher and her classes are suitsble for everyone from beginners to more experienced Pilates fans. Have bad knees and a dodgy shoulder and Paula's really good at remembering mine and everyone else's physical challenges and niggles and suggesting moves to help and alternatives to those we should avoid.
