Hi!

My name is Pauline McCluskey, I am a 44 year old mother of two children and married to Peter. Our daughters are Megan and Ciara who are 17 and 12 years old. The other member of the family is Buster, our loving golden labrador who is now 11 years old.

I qualified as a nursery nurse in 1993 and since then have worked in a variety of nursery settings including as manager of a private nursery in Cumbernauld for six years.

I have also been involved in running two parent & toddler groups and currently help out as a parent helper at Devonview Nursery. I have always loved working with children and have met some great families over the years, some who I still keep in touch with.

As much as I loved working in a nursery environment, ever since I had my own children, I have struggled with childcare arrangement myself. So I decided to become a registered childminder so I can continue doing a job I love as well as looking after my own children too.
