Wouldn't give them any stars if I could. Ordered from here tonight on just eat and requested for it to be delivered at half 6 as wouldn't be in the house until that time. The restaurant added on 30 minutes to my delivery time which I didn't mind, but while I was at work I received a phone call to say my delivery was at my house. I had to get a family member to go up to the house to collect it as it was only 5:15. My sister had called up the restaurant and had the phone put down on her as soon as she said what they had done. I had then contacted them myself and they had said there was no requested delivery time and there was nothing the could do about... so no help at all. After I got home we had contacted just eat as we wanted a refund as food went to waste as no one was there to eat it and was put in the bin. They had then told us that we had put down a requested time and our delivery was early and they would get in contact with them and get back to us. Once they got back to us they had said the restaurant informed them saying that the manager wasn't in at the moment, but while we were on the phone to the restaurant about 15 minutes before the manager was there and speaking in the background. So we are still waiting for Just Eat to get back in contact with us but I won't be ordering from here again, I am very disappointed and shocked at how the restaurant handled the situation and I won't even go on about the food, they had put about five chips and each box as if they've chucked it all together and sent it out.

Have Always enjoyed our usual fish and chips from Paulinos on a Saturday night for years, but tonight was shocking! The fish was paper thin and half the size they normally serve. If it happens again we will be going elsewhere
This chippy is a hit or miss waited 50 mins for delivery when arrived the few chips that were in it were brick hard and the pizza crunch was horrible and really soggy the bottom was just about out the box clearly its been sitting for ages won't be back

Great fish and chip shop, prices are comparable to most local takeaways and it is always busy which is always a good sign.
