Main bathroom and Ensuit renovation in 1 house within 3 weeks. Big bravo to our customer that they managed to live somehow around us working on their both bathrooms. I may post main bathroom pictures later but same color scheme so looking very similar. Enjoy browsing!

Kitchen renovation. Backboards done instead of tiling. Floor will be done in near future. Painting throughout.

Kitchen supplied by Ikea Worktops - granite

Nice White gloss kitchen supplied by Magnet this time. All stripped to bricks and relined where needed. New floor tiles, Brick tile wall behind radiator. New light panels on ceiling. All nicely painted.

Few partitions down ;-) New door + frame tiling around bidet and toilet concealed in cavity space blocked window etc etc

Full en-suit renovation at New Longton property. Basically all stripped to bare wallboards and renovated.

Kitchen and Bathroom renovation in same house in one go sounds crazy if you want to live in the property :) So this time customer had a 3 week break and left us alone to carry on with our job. Smart thing to do :)
That property is over 100 years old so. Just recently full rewiring been carried. Now time for things that bring some value to the house :P... We have removed all the old lead pipes so now waste flow is brilliant. We manage to add shower to bathroom which makes that big bathroom even more useful than before. In kitchen all nasty boxes hiding lead pipes disappeared. And much more working space created.

Whole kitchen renovation. Another big job completed this year. In here we did create open space by knocking down the wall between kitchen and living -dining area. Double french door fitted in place of old window. Due to problems with condensation we decided to lined all exterior walls with thermaboards - it cost few pennies but all the problem with condenstaion is gone. We had to make sure it is not growing damp first but walls were dry. bit of tiling here and there.... Utility area for dryer and houshold stuff created behind nice doors. All skimmed and painted. New suspended ceiling with recessed LED light panels. All painted nice grey color.

Old suit removed. Tiles removed - unfortunately all wallboards destroyed so badly we had to completely replace them so new dry lining on walls. Apart from that everything else as usual... New porcelain tiles floor heating + new thermostat... LED mood lights Toilet and basin moved 20 cm as bigger bath tub fitted. skimming + new LED's on bathroom ceiling new doors fitted + architrave Pillar removed to create nice neat room.

Damian & Donna thank you for being so patient! With this one we`ve experienced some problems with B&Q delivery. That ended up with around of 3 working days of delays. My advice is: don`t try to reschedule B&Q delivery as it will end up similar way. But we are finally done and our customer may get his life back :-)

Fairly quick renovation. All done within 7 working days. *) all tiles stripped to bare walls. *) new plasterboards on most of the walls as we couldn`t save a lot of them as been damaged around while removing tiles. *) corner bath with air massage replaced with nice free standing bath and bath filler next to it, *) close to wall toilet,... *) hung on wall Basin Cersanit + mirror, *) we kept original wet room area and replace disabled gate with nice 8mm toughen glass panels. *) shower mixer has been left but shower head replaced with good Francis Pegler fitting, *) new towel radiator on the wall, *) powerfull in line extractor fan installed in loft area, *) bit of skimming and bit of painting
