Wee Jaunt Edinburgh is one of 3 rides you can sign up for on Sunday 8th September. Safe family fun on closed roads and a brilliant achievement for little ones (and big ones!). It starts in Linlithgow and ends at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh so you get to be a part of the brilliant atmosphere of the whole event. 🚴‍♀️☺️

Big news - after 20 years of Pedal for Scotland, Sunday 8 September 2019 will be the last ever Classic Challenge Glasgow-to-Edinburgh ride, the last Big Belter and the last Wee Jaunt Linlithgow-to-Edinburgh ride! From 2020, Pedal for Scotland will evolve into shorter, local, free events, to encourage people across Scotland to cycle.

Our Wee Jaunt Edinburgh is the perfect opportunity to get the whole family out on their bikes and spend a day together. It's a 10 mile closed road route from Linlithgow to Edinburgh, and it’s a great day out with refreshments, music along the way and that all-important finisher’s medal which kids absolutely love 🏅

“From doing Pedal for Scotland for the first time in 2006 till the present, myself and my friends have made it an annual pilgrimage. It gives us a goal every year to stay fit, healthy and encourages us to keep training all year as well as the added benefit of raising cash for charity. It’s an incredible day out and when you’re tired on that last few miles… to see kids with special needs cheering us on at the roadside it brings a lump to my throat every time and spurs us on. It has given me a new lease of life. I now cycle to places in Scotland that are simply stunning.”
