Absolutely fantastic! Went up on a Tuesday to look at a car I had seen online and ended up driving away with it 2 days later. Liam is an excellent asset to this business, he couldn't have been more helpful and professional. 5 stars isn't enough to rate Liam or Pentland Jaguar.
Perth branch - Customer service is nothing sort of atrocious. Horrendously rude, especially from a "sales manager". My husband walked out due to the abhorrent way he was treated considering we were there to make a purchase. Not even worthy of 1 star.
Just thought I’d better put out a warning to any Range Rover owners about using the official Land Rover/Jaguar dealership based at New Craighall in Edinburgh �
My Range Rover sport went in to have a fault sorted and whilst repairing it they took it upon themselves to do a heath check, during the check they notice I needed a number plate bulb and managed to damage BOTH housing units whilst fitting one bulb! Now when you shut the boot they fall out, they didn’t bother declaring there damage at the time and now refuse to correct the damage caused!
Whilst repairing the fault we took it in for they snapped the ABS sensor which I HAD to pay for only agreeing to cover the labour of their cack handed technicians error.
Real warning stay clear the so called technicians really don’t have a clue what they’re doing

Difficult to express in words how poor this place is (Pentland Edinburgh). Sales is okay but servicing is so bad it's actually funny! Example: had to sign a waiver to get my car back as they considered an alloy dangerous. Short time later, they passed the same alloy on an MOT. Another approved garage confirmed alloy was safe too.
Product knowledge is zero (sales & service) and they're generally quite a miserable bunch. As I couldn't get complaint resolved satisfactory, I now use another dealer.
I’ve received terrible service from Stratstone, now Pentland Jaguar, Edinburgh over the years. I dread taking the car there for it's annual service. The worst thing is that you can't trust them. The call centre will quote you a price for work but when you bring the car in to have the work done, the service department will say there's no way they can do it for that price. The service department often won't even honour prices for work that they have quoted on. It's not that more work was involved or the parts were more expensive, it's just that they change their minds and decide to charge more once you get there. They seem to see customers as ATM machines to be squeezed for as much as they can get. They will also charge for work that they don't actually do such as filters that aren't changed as promised during a service. The car is supposed to be washed and valeted as part of a service but often comes back dirtier than they received it, with oily marks on the leather and rubbish left on the floor. Last year they stated that my car would need around £800 worth of work to pass it's MOT. I took the car elsewhere for it's MOT and it passed with flying colours. That's dishonesty verging on fraud.
I wouldn't deal with this dealership ever again. Management are arrogant, don't return calls and treat their customers like idiots. Apparently the independent engineer who vouched for my totally misaligned boot was incorrect in his diagnosis and used the wrong kind of measure, you couldn't make it up - avoid! Video below apparently “within tolerance” - put up sound for obviously incorrect noises on opening and closing.
