Sales department is good, bought car from here last year got good service. However, service department is despicable, brought car back to be serviced this year having serviced the car they didn't reset the service reminder and also didn't stamp the book, when we called was told they didn't have the machine to reset the reminder, I live in Glasgow and was told to bring the car back to Perth which was not feesible for us; after many phone calls and a few heated words they sent a driver to pick up the car reset the system and drop it back off, so I was left carless for the best part of a day and obviously a fair bit of mileage was added to the car for a trip that could've easily been avoided; also they were supposed to stamp the service book whilst they had the car, which they once again didn't do, so now I'm having to post the book out registered mail. We have not had a good experience with the service department at all, and will not be returning for a service here again, was thinking of changing car again but will not be going to Pentland Jaguar this time.

Bought a Jaguar XF R sport AWD demonstrator from Craig and it couldn't have been simpler. Turned up and whilst I had a coffee he got me insured to take the car out. After a quick handover and explanation of the controls I was told I could take the car out for a test drive on my own and they waved me off. Was great to get to drive the car without any interruptions etc and when I got back they gave me a great deal on it. Get it next week and know it will all be as agreed. Nice to be treated well in a crash dealer when so manylon treat you like a pice of meat. Well done Craig and thanks.
